Subgroup Private Events

Please complete the Ancillary Event Request Form if you would like to hold an ancillary event in conjunction with Fusion 2012, May 8-11 at the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek. Concur partners and Fusion 2012 sponsors are permitted to hold invitation-only meetings and events as long as they do not conflict with Concur conference scheduling/programming and prior approval is received from Concur. Consult the Concur conference agenda prior to scheduling your subgroup event. Concur must be notified to prevent schedule conflicts with Concur meetings, receptions or meals.
