What is the registration cost of Fusion 2012?
The registration cost depends on how early you register for Fusion 2012—the earlier, the better!

Early Bird Registration: On/Before January 15, 2012 $695 per registrant
Advance Registration: January 16, 2012 – March 30, 2012 $895 per registrant
Standard Registration: On/After March 31, 2012 $1195 per registrant

How do I register?
You must register using our online registration form. Click here to register now for Fusion 2012!

Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
Yes, after you register online you will receive an automated email confirming your registration. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at Fusion@concur.com.

How do I make changes to my registration (i.e. add a guest, update name or company, etc.)?
Click here to modify a previously entered registration. Simply enter your email address and password to access your registration record to make any alterations to your original registration.

What is the payment policy?
Fusion 2012 registration accepts several methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Payment must accompany your registration. Registrations without payment will not be processed. If paying by check, please make checks payable to "Concur" and send payment to: Concur, Attn: Heather DeLong, 18400 NE Union Hill Road, Redmond, WA 98052.

Please note that registration is not complete until payment has been received. Payment must be received by the following dates to receive the corresponding registration fee:

  • $695 Early Bird Registration: Payment must be received by January 15, 2012 or your registration fee will be increased to $895.
  • $895 Advance Registration: Payment must be received by March 30, 2012 or your registration fee will be increased to $1195.
  • $1195 Standard Registration: Payment must be received by May 1, 2012 or your registration will be cancelled.

How do I request a receipt?
You will automatically receive a receipt via email once payment has been processed. Please email Fusion@concur.com if you do not receive a receipt.

What is the cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be received in writing. Email your cancellation notice to Fusion@concur.com.

  • Full refund: Cancellation must be received on/before January 15, 2012.
  • 50% refund: Cancellations received between January 16, 2012 and March 30, 2012.
  • No refunds will be honored on/after March 31, 2012.

Are attendee substitutions permitted?
If you're unable to attend Fusion 2012, you may transfer your registration to another person by sending an email to Fusion@concur.com with the new attendee's name and contact information by May 1, 2012. Substitutions will not be granted after this date.

Are guests permitted to attend?
Guests may attend the Welcome Reception on Tuesday, May 8 and/or the Social Event on Thursday, May 10. Guest passes are $75.00 per person for the Welcome Reception and $150.00 per person for the Social Event and may be purchased in advance through the registration site or onsite at the conference registration desk. All other conference functions are restricted to registered attendees.

Is a group discount available?
Yes, receive $50.00 off the cost of each attendee's registration for five (5) or more paid registrants from your company. Discount can only be applied at the time of registration. On the registration form, check "Yes" when asked if you will be registering 5 or more employees from your company and the discount will be automatically applied. Each individual must register separately and must register under the same company name, but preferably within the same time frame so that we can verify you registered as a group. No refunds will be given to attendees who have already registered for the conference.

What is included in my registration fee?
Registration includes admission into all general and educational sessions, conference meal functions, the Exhibit Hall, the Welcome Reception and the Social Event. Name badges are required to gain admittance to all conference functions.

Does the registration fee include air travel and hotel accommodations?
No, all air travel and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee. Concur has partnered with Alaska Airlines and Hertz Car Rental to secure special discounted rates for Fusion 2012 conference attendees. In addition, airport shuttle service will be provided complimentary between Orlando International Airport (MCO) and the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek for arrivals from 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 8, and departures from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 11. When will the conference registration desk be open?
The conference registration desk will be open during the following days/times:

  • Tuesday, May 8, Noon– 8:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, May 9, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, May 10, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Friday, May 11, 8:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Do I need to wear my name badge at Fusion 2012?
Yes, you should wear your name badge at all times. Your badge is your passport into all official Fusion 2012 activities. Access will not be granted without a badge. If you lose your badge, you will need to go to the conference registration desk and request a new one. Replacement badges will be charged at $50.00 each.
